Annual Florida Juried Photography Exhibit
Preeminent Everglades photographer Clyde Butcher will judge the annual photography competition co-sponsored by the Friends of Rookery Bay and the United Arts Council of Collier County. The submissions to this year's competition, which will feature the flora and fauna of Florida, will be exhibited from February 5 through March 31 at Rookery Bay Environmental Center. Admission will be $3.00 for the public, and will be free to members of the Friends of Rookery Bay and the United Arts Council of Collier County.

Reflections of Florida: Photography Exhibition
Award-winning photographer John Brady captures the beauty of the diverse Florida Landscape. The Reflections of Florida Exhibit features a large collection of images from the Pan Handle to Florida Bay, in Color and Black & White. These images come to life when they are displayed as large as 4x6 feet in the Everglades Gallery. Noted bird photographer Arthur Morris will present two programs as the featured speaker at the 8th Annual Charlotte Harbor Kayak and Wildlife Festival. Arthur's morning presentation will be entitled "A Bird Photographer's Story". In the afternoon, Arthur will cover his Birds as Art Digital Workflow. The festival hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., and thier address is 4500 Harbor Blvd, Charlotte Harbor. Admission is free, and no prior registration is required.

Florida West Arts, a Bonita Springs art gallery, invites the public to view a free exhibit of fine art photography. The exhibit, entitled "Flying Jewels of the High Andes", will feature the hummingbird photography of Naples Camera Club members Chuck Fritsch and Cindy Walpole. An opening reception is scheduled from 5:30 until 7:30 on Thursday, March 25. All Naples Camera Club members are invited to attend. Florida West Arts is located in the Bonita Commons, at 25987 Route 41 in Bonita Springs. Gallery hours are 10:30 to 6:00 on weekdays, and 10:30 to 5:00 on Saturdays.

"Ports of Call", a fine art photography exhibit featuring works by four photographers, including Naples Camera Club member Len Messineo. The exhibit can be seen at the Lauritzen/Rush Galleries at the Art League Marco Island's Center for the Arts, 1010 Winterberry Drive, on Marco Island. Admission is $5 for members and $10 for guests.
